“Now you can enjoy Beef on Weck…wherever you live!”
HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN KUMMELWECK ROLLS:
– BRUSH an egg wash on the top of 4 Kaiser rolls. We recommend Costanzo’s sandwich rolls.
-SPRINKLE Weck Mix all over the top of the rolls
-BAKE for 5 minutes at 350*
HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN BEEF ON WECK:
For now…get the following ingredients at your grocery store:
- 1lb. all natural, unseasoned sliced deli Roast Beef
- 1 powdered packet of Au Jus
- 1 jar of Horseradish
Dip each 4oz. portion of Roast Beef in heated Au Jus. Make the sandwich. Add the Horseradish.
Grab some napkins, a few friends, a cold beer… and celebrate Buffalo’s 100+ year old signature sandwich!
